PAYMENT OF FEES
Once enrolled, students are required to pay any outstanding fees in full by 1st March 2026. Students with unpaid balances after this date will be denied access to all classes and MAT ABACUS facilities. To resume studies, affected students must make special arrangements with the administration.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Students with outstanding balances from previous courses will not be permitted to enroll in any new course until all arrears are cleared.
SPONSORED STUDENTS
Sponsored students must provide either a minimum deposit or an official letter of sponsorship at enrollment. If a self-paying student later receives sponsorship, they may request a full refund of their personal payment upon submission of valid sponsorship documentation.
DISCOUNT APPLICATIONS
NB: To qualify for a repeat paper discount, students must have:
- Attended over 80% of the classes in the previously enrolled course
- Submitted a script for every practice test assigned for that class
REPEAT PAPER DISCOUNTS
MAT ABACUS maintains high standards of tuition and strong pass rates, though we cannot guarantee that every student will pass all papers. To support students who need to retake a paper, the following discounts are offered for approved applications:
- CPA: Discount of Shs 50,000 per course unit on tuition fees
- ACCA: Tuition fee of $120 per course unit
This discount applies only to the same course(s) for which the student was enrolled and paid in the immediately preceding semester. It does not apply to revision-only enrollments.
Note: Students granted a repeat paper discount will receive new study tests only if the exam version has changed since their last attempt.
TUITION REFUND POLICY
Refunds are considered only under the following condition:
- Duplicate Payment: If both the student and a sponsor separately pay tuition for the same enrollment, a refund may be issued upon receipt of a written application from the student, supported by evidence of both payments.

IMPORTANT NOTE
ACCA Materials Update: ACCA books are no longer issued in hard copies. E-copies will be shared via your registered email upon full payment for your papers.
BOOK ISSUANCE POLICY
Course materials are available for collection only on:
- Days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Time: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Materials will not be issued outside these days and times.
Please note: Books must be collected within the current diet (exam session). Students are not entitled to claim course materials after the diet expires. MAT ABACUS reserves the right to withhold course materials once the diet has ended.
